These spindles are guaranteed to entice you to spin.
The Temptress has a lathe-turned whorl of laminated
exotic and domestic woods revealing the colours of
the woods in a circular pattern. The Tempter has a
lathe-turned whorl of laminated exotic and domestic
woods revealing the beauty of the woods in a vertical
stripe pattern. Both spindles are rim loaded for increased
spin duration, and have a notch behind the closed
side of the swan-neck hook. They also have a fancy
turned shaft. These spindles are true to the Forrester
tradition of a unique one-of-a-kind hand spindle that
is destined to become an heirloom.
