Ordering Information
Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, or fax. HST will be added
on all goods and services. Our new registration number is R832741367.
Ontario residents add 8% retail sales tax on all goods except books.
"Please note - The Ontario Government requires us to collect
Ontario Retail Sales Tax on shipping and handling charges as well
as on the total of goods delivered in Ontario.
Customers with an Ontario Vendors Permit please submit an Exemption
Certificate signed along with the order. Shipping charges are extra
on all items.

Shipping
Orders may be sent via Insured Canada Post or Expresspost or Canpar.
Please state your preference. For shipping Canpar include your actual
physical location and telephone number.

Terms
Payment should accompany the order and may be made by cheque,
money order, Visa, or Master Card. If paying by Visa or Master Card,
provide your credit card number, expiry date, name of cardholder
and the name of the bank. Any overpayments will be held as a credit
for future orders or returned to you depending on your instructions.
Any balance still owing is due on receipt of the goods.
